We are very excited to announce that this year the University of Haifa will be hosting our first ever International Staff Week and we would be happy for you to join us! Come learn about multiculturalism, innovation and internationalization on a campus that is both unique and interesting!

Our Staff Week will take place from June 1st to 5th, 2020. The number of spaces is limited and the spots will be given on a first come, first serve basis as well as the relevance to their position at their home university, so register fast to ensure your spot! The deadline for registration is April 1st, 2020.

In order to register, you must have a nomination form filled out by your university's International Office.

The language used in this staff week will be English.

There will be no participation fees, but we do expect participants to cover travel, accommodation and other expenses through the Erasmus+ staff exchange Programme or other funding routes.  Please check with your university prior to applying to ensure that sufficient funds are available for your mobility.

As part of the program, we are happy to offer you a welcome dinner on the first night as well as several trips to cultural landmarks in Haifa and its surroundings.

Monday, June 1st:

  • Introductions
  • Presentation about the University of Haifa
  • Campus Tour
  • Welcome dinner and tour of Haifa

Tuesday, June 2nd:

  • Lectures and Workshops
  • Networking sessions
  • Cultural Trip

Wednesday, June 3rd:

  • Lectures and Workshops
  • Cultural Activity

Thursday, June 4th:

  • Full day trip

Friday, June 5th:

  • Farwell ceremony
